Tasks
As the Head of Sales Digital Fleet Services AVIATAR Americas, you will perform the following duties:
• Independently manage the Sales Team of AVIATAR in the Americas
• Promote and obtain Digital product portfolio (Condition Monitoring, Predictive Health Analytics, Reliability & Engineering Suite, electronic Technical Logbook among others) in North, Central & South America
• Coordinate and lead Sales Projects in the Americas that meet revenue and EBIT expectations for contracted services
• Coordinate Contract Amendments and negotiations in cooperation with central Sales and Fulfillment
• Continuous optimization of the overall concept and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all Digital solutions processes
• Performance Meetings and performance dialogues with team and Management
• All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements:
• High school diploma/GED desirable
• College degree/vocational training desirable
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Master’s degree desirable
• +5 years of experience in Sales, Aviation or Digitalization required
• English and German language required
• Spanish language desirable
• Aviation MRO, Sales, Digitalization knowledge desirable
• MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as expert
• SAP desirable
• Excellent commitment
• Excellent corporate awareness
• Strong delegation
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Excellent professionalism
• Excellent responsibility
• Excellent teamwork
• Responsible of budget: costs and revenue
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
• Assessment screening
